Dr Astin was most caring and very helpful when I had a telephone consultation about my husband for whom I am a carer. I felt confident with her advice and prescription.

Dr Astin is always lovely, supportive and helpful. Given the current world situation and struggles everyone is having, being able to see the doctor admittedly over video call is still more personal than just a phone call.
She listens and is respectful of what is wrong with you and include me you in the decisions moving forward.

Such a caring person .
Made me relaxed about talking about difficult issues.
Reassured me that I am not ready for the scrap heap!
Put my mind at ease about the number of meds needed and when they will be reduced..
Suggested useful method of dealing with breathing difficulties.
Reassured that I am doing everything possible to improve my health.
I found the Doctors in the practice 5 years ago, and though I have moved out of their area, I am still happy to drive over 50 minutes each way to meet with them.

Not my normal surgery...same-day, urgent appointment. So knowledgeable and willing to listen. Amazing manner and understanding. Thinking of changing to this practice...just so I can keep seeing her!
